We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in business development and work closely with international clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Supporting lead generation through online platforms and market research.
- Communicating with potential clients via email, calls, and professional networks.
- Preparing basic proposals, presentations, and business documents.
- Coordinating with technical and project teams to understand service offerings.
- Maintaining CRM records and tracking leads and follow-ups.
- Learning sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and client management.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or entry-level candidate (experience is a plus but not required).
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or IT services.
- Basic understanding of software development services is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
