The international IT company Andersen invites a Project Manager (Mid-Level) to join our experienced and results-driven team.
Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company with over 17 years of expertise in delivering full-cycle digital solutions. We help enterprises and mid-sized companies successfully deliver complex projects by following modern project management standards and best practices.
We are looking for a proactive Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience who can effectively manage software development projects across various industries, including FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, and Gaming.
Responsibilities
- Managing software development projects from initiation to delivery.
- Planning project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Monitoring project progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Communicating project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensuring project delivery in line with quality standards and business goals.
- Applying Agile / Scrum or other project management methodologies.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or software development projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
